Join our growing Communications and Marketing team as a Senior Associate to lead marketing campaigns, elevate CPA's visibility, and drive customer program enrollment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or journalism OR at least 9 years of related experience
- Experience with Google analytics, social media, and media monitoring analytics
- Experience with MailChimp, Survey Monkey, and Microsoft BI preferred program management platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop and present detailed marketing plans to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external marketing vendors
- Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with External Affairs, Customer Care, Programs, Finance, and other departments
- Ensure all marketing materials are free from grammatical mistakes, factual inaccuracies, and inconsistencies in brand messaging
- Analyze and track metrics, identify trends, and interpret data to ensure effective campaign adjustments and informed decision-making
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
