Requirements

• Must have experience in acquiring new client projects or additional projects for clients
• Must have experience in managing team members
• Must have rich IT consulting and technical implementation experience
• Must have experience in designing system architecture and leading technical teams
• Must have high-level problem-solving skills and technical analysis skills
• Must have ability to plan and execute IT strategies
• Must have excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Must be a native-level Japanese speaker

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital transformation projects for clients
• Work with various stakeholders to define requirements, design technology, implement systems, and deliver value
• Design and implement ERP systems
• Integrate systems
• Design and optimize infrastructure
• Resolve technical issues and provide support
