Service: Marketing VA

Experience Level: Senior

Hours/Week: 20 hours (based on business and performance, might increase)

Shift Time Zone: EST

Shift Hours: Flex, but must be online for meetings (usually 8 AM - 12 PM Eastern Time)

Shift Days: Weekdays

Responsibilities

• Edit content produced by other Content Writers
• Write long-form articles for the Company Blog
• Write and edit content for the company’s PR initiatives including:
  • Press releases
  • Awards applications
  • Podcast guesting primers
• Coordinate with internal teams and create ad hoc content as requested. See types of ad hoc content requests below:
  • Emails and Email Templates
  • Sales Scripts (Voicemail, Cold Calls)
  • Social Media Content (Captions, LinkedIn Connection Scripts, Private Messages)
  • Web Content (Forms, Questionnaires)
  • Training (Emails, Course Guides, Training Material)
• Ad hoc editorial review/proofreading for internal teams

PLUS POINTS:

• Can do basic graphic design work using Canva
• Project management experience using Clickup
• Has SEO knowledge
