Remote Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst

Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working 9-5 EST - flexibility for people to get their work done whenever works for them, but core hours are Eastern Timezone
• Strong experience as a business intelligence engineer, data engineer, professional services engineer, or similar role
• Experience working with customers
• Strong proficiency in SQL data modeling
• Demonstrated experience working with Looker to both visualize data and build explores via LookML and Liquid
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A continuous learner and critical thinker, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Managers to help clients implement custom dashboarding solutions in Looker
• Build technical design documents for custom solutions
• Build templated Looker dashboards that can be deployed across the customer base
• Provide internal technical support to the Account Management team on client data and building complex visualizations in Looker
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously learning and evolving in a fast-paced environment
• Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve the standard data model and product functionality
