Responsibilities

  • Own a book of client business. Accountable for the revenue, client satisfaction, quality of work and relationship for your book
  • Manage a team of people. Responsible for mentoring, career development and providing timely and actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with other functions, including operations, client services, sales, creative services and marketing to ensure client satisfaction, drive efficiency and support organizational objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor, engaging directly with clients to understand their unique objectives and challenges and providing expert communication counsel
  • Develop and pitch comprehensive multi-channel communication strategies aligned with client goals and organizational objectives
  • Drive sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and participate in sales pursuits with prospective clients
  • Act as client lead by providing client management and leadership for large, complex client engagements, managing project budget, scope, and scope creep

As a Senior Director, you will help to lead Communication Agency, while also owning client relationships.  You’ll help to deliver revenue, ensure client satisfaction, manage and mentor team members, drive efficiency in the agency and drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in employee communication, with a focus on internal communication, change management, and HR. The ideal candidate also has experience managing people and knows how to lead in a growth-oriented environment.
