Requirements

• Professional Engineering (PE) License
• On-Site Presence : Available to work on-site four days a week
• Team-Driven : Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to collaborative work
• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience : 10+ years in electrical and instrumentation engineering within industrial or manufacturing settings
• Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of NEC, AutoCAD or Microstation, voltage drop calculations, equipment specification, and design
• Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of effective team leadership

Responsibilities

• Apply department design and drafting standards, and create detailed design calculations for electrical installations
• Serve as a technical resource for junior engineers, providing guidance and ensuring project specifications are met
• Lead engineering and design activities from concept through implementation, coordinating across departments
• Develop specifications and documentation for equipment such as motor control centers, switchgear, and control panels
• Conduct on-site fieldwork, performing data collection, verifying project tie-ins, and supporting construction phases
