Senior Finance Manager

Summary

Join Chronosphere, a leading observability platform, as a Finance Business Partner. You will collaborate with sales and customer success teams to forecast revenue and expenses, participate in financial planning and reporting processes, and support month-end/year-end close activities. Analyze GTM financials, report on variances, and develop business KPIs with the Head of FP&A. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or economics (finance/accounting preferred), 6+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or economics
• 6+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or investment banking
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft office or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Partner with our sales and customer success teams to forecast ARR, revenue, and commissions expense
• Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly and annual planning/forecasting process
• Provide support for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close as required
• Analyze monthly GTM financials and report on variances against plan/forecast
• Partner with the Head of FP&A in developing and reporting on GTM business KPIs
• Provide financial support to any ad hoc analysis required from various parts of the business

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high growth start-up or SaaS company
• Experience as a finance business partner to sales, marketing, and/or customer success teams
• Experience with financial planning tools
