Summary
Join Imagen's Commercial Finance team as a Strategic Finance Sr. Associate - Commercial Partnerships and play a critical role in driving key customer engagements and strategic initiatives. Partner with the Commercial Organization to develop financial and operational models and presentations. Present financial models to prospective customers, fielding questions and demonstrating Imagen's financial acumen. Work cross-functionally to measure results, refine modeling, and support case study creation. Analyze prospective customers’ profitability and conduct strategic assessments, identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks. Own cost inputs and pricing for customers. This fully remote role reports to the Director of Strategic Finance and requires 2-4 years of experience in high-caliber business environments like investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startups. Imagen offers a base salary between $130,000-$170,000, plus equity and benefits. The company is committed to equal employment opportunity.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in high caliber business environments including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startups
- Highly organized and can successfully manage multiple work streams across different functions
- Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems; comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and ambiguity
- Strong quantitative and verbal skills with high attention to detail and low tolerance for failure
- Excellent communicator with the ability to explain your processes, logic, and decisions
- Possess a "no job is too big or too small" mentality in order to support the various needs of the business
Responsibilities
- Partnering with the Commercial Organization (Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer, VP of Growth, etc.) to develop financial and operational models and presentations that illustrate Imagen’s value proposition
- Presenting financial models to prospective customers during sales meetings, fielding questions from prospects, and demonstrating Imagen's financial acumen externally to various stakeholders
- Working cross-functionally with Client Success & Customer Delivery to measure results, refine modeling, and support case study creation
- Analyzing prospective customers’ profitability and conducting in-depth strategic assessments, identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks to inform customers’ strategic decisions through Imagen’s value proposition
- Own cost inputs and pricing for customers in support of Imagen’s top- and bottom-line business goals
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally Healthcare experience, though not explicitly required
