Remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Linux Engineer or Systems Administrator in a production environment
• Proven experience with Linux systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms
• Linux certification(s) such as RHCE, LFCS, or LPIC is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Linux-based infrastructure to support business applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Configure and maintain physical and virtual servers, network devices, storage solutions, and cloud services
• Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows) and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
• Implement and maintain security measures across the environment, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Network, SecOps, DBAs) to integrate Linux/Windows systems into the broader IT infrastructure
