Remote Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Senior M365 Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and improve software development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be comfortable working US hours, regardless of location
• Proven experience in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for task management and tracking
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, with the ability to read and update existing scripts
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn independently and adapt to changing technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal guidance
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 services, particularly Teams administration and email management

Responsibilities

• Work through technical issues with minimal outside assistance, utilizing documentation and self-learning
• Track status and manage assigned tasks using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Add customer domains to allow interoperability and ensure seamless communication across platforms
