Remote Senior Product Analyst

Summary

Join OLX's Product Analytics Team as a Senior Product Analyst to work with product development teams, analyze user data, and define future product development. The role involves pairing up with product managers, creating dashboards, deciphering user behavior, and providing data-driven insights.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of analytical experience in a digital environment (web or mobile analytics)
• Hands-on experience in product development and analysis
• SQL is your second language (we welcome PL-SQL, MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or any other dialect)
• You are familiar with the concept of experimentation
• You can A/B test and interpret the results and have a solid understanding of statistics
• You are a solid team player with the ability to independently assess and prioritize your tasks
• You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Pair up with the Product Managers to set metrics that describe product success
• Create dashboards to monitor the performance of these metrics and success
• Decipher users' behavior and needs, and communicate these insights to the product pack
• Transform data from various sources into clear insights to support informed decision-making around the product roadmap
• Proactively follow product changes and provide data-driven insights on the feature releases
• Define hypotheses based on your data, set up and conduct A/B tests
• Work closely with engineers to make sure we collect proper data that supports decision-making
