Senior Product Design Researcher, Infrastructure

Summary

Join our Infrastructure team as a Sr. Product Design Researcher to conduct user research and create modern workflows for provisioning and deploying infrastructure across multiple public and private clouds.

Requirements

• Divide time between interviewing users, conducting usability tests, and designing workflows informed by research
• Partner with other designers and teams within the infrastructure organization to support research needs across the team
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize the most impactful research
• Share findings broadly within the organization
• Design wireframes, document user journeys, and provide high-fidelity prototypes
• Iterate based on feedback from peers, collaborators, and customers

Benefits

• Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and education or training
• $176,500 — $207,600 USD (base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area)
• $161,800 — $190,300 USD (base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area))
• $147,100 — $173,000 USD (base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro))
