Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
• Proven track record of designing intuitive and user-friendly digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work, especially in product design (please include a link to your portfolio)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Solid understanding of design systems and how to maintain consistency across large products
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies to inform design decisions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for key product features from concept to launch, ensuring a high-quality user experience
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive, user friendly designs
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for desktop and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience
• Advocate for design thinking and best practices across the organization
• Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints of the product
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
