Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on payments technology in the healthcare or fintech space
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions
• Experience with claims processing, direct payment models, or healthcare benefits management
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience using product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and payment standards like PCI-DSS

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for healthcare payment solutions
• Leverage expertise in payment technologies to drive product innovation and optimize payment flows
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and shape payment products
• Utilize payment and healthcare data to identify opportunities for product improvements
• Work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, design, analytics, and compliance
• Partner with UX teams to create empathetic user-friendly experiences
• Ensure that payment products adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and industry payment standards
• Stay current on industry trends in both healthcare and payments, monitoring regulatory changes and competitive offerings
