Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Sympower's Product team as a Senior Product Manager and contribute to building the right thing to help customers accelerate the global transition towards 'net zero' with smarter and cleaner renewable energy systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, with minimum 1 year PM experience in the energy industry
• Hands-on and results-oriented focus with a proven ability of developing and managing complex software products with your team
• Experience with planning roadmap initiatives using the Double Diamond framework and prioritising them using various frameworks (weighted score, RICE, etc.) in product management tools such as Productboard, Airfocus, etc
• Interest in user science techniques such as survey, interview, prototyping, A/B testing, analytics tools
• Proven ability to go from raw data to information, create conclusions and suggest actions
• Proven experience of pro-active behaviour and contributing to the development of the product team culture
• Experience in B2B Product Management

Responsibilities

• Ask insightful questions to determine the “what” and the “why” of our priorities
• Co-create and define the Product Roadmap alongside the other Product Managers
• Provide context and guidance, empowering your team to have impactful results
• Improve the visibility and positioning of the product team in the company
• Prioritise product outcome and capabilities based on research and data analysis
• Set goals, define success metrics and motivate your team to achieve
• Own team backlog & fulfillment, collaborate closely with the engineering team
• Align stakeholders around the product outcomes
• Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform strategic decisions
• Define behavioural questions, set the right analytics tool, measure, learn and adjust
• Work with a Product designer on various user science techniques to understand deeply your end users
