Senior Product Manager, Design System

Summary

Join OLX Europe as a Senior Product Manager to lead the Nexus Design System team, setting vision and plan for Nexus, managing stakeholders, governing projects, and developing production-ready components libraries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in a high-traffic consumer Internet, e-commerce, or technology company with an international setup
• Deep understanding of design, front-end, and mobile development, with experience managing internal products
• Top-notch stakeholder management skills, able to resolve complex and conflicting opinions to support business objectives
• Experience in task and sprint management, backlog prioritization, and driving product delivery execution, with good project management skills to boot
• Excellent command of English

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear vision and plan for the Nexus Design System
• Manage a complex stakeholder environment, engaging stakeholders in defining plans and priorities, and understanding the impact of your work on others
• Understand internal customer needs and solve for those by developing production-ready components and libraries
• Influence and orchestrate a large community of enthusiasts, organizing and collaborating with groups to multiply output that benefits all
• Govern and manage processes for library updates, integrating workflows with engineering, and making Nexus part of the onboarding process for new designers, front-end engineers, and mobile engineers
