Remote Senior Proposal Manager, Clinical Services

Summary

Join Precision Medicine Group as a Proposal Development Specialist to develop complex client-focused budgets and proposals for clinical trials, analyze budgets, and provide overall accountability for the RFP process.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
• 5-7 years' experience of proposal and/or contract development experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, proposal text, and re-bids to support RFP responses for global opportunities
• Complete complex budget and proposal deliverables with promptness, accuracy, and minimal direction from line manager
• Provide overall coordination for the entire RFP preparation process, including collaboration with key operational review leads
• Develop full project budgets using our costing tool template
• Prepare complex proposal text using departmental text templates
• Communicate, review, and negotiate with all partners and third-party vendors during the RFP development process
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of budget and proposal text edits
• Support work order and request for information (RFI) requests, where needed
• Respond to client questions regarding proposed budget and operational strategy via written and verbal communications
• Participate in client meetings as needed
