Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a QA Test Lead or similar role, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Experience with different types of testing i.e. Functional, Regression, Performance, API, Load testing etc
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), testing methodologies, and QA processes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript or similar
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated testing
• Design, create, and execute test cases, covering various testing phases
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing guidance and support to the team
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and testing
