You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to identify top talent across various departments. This role is crucial in shaping candidate experience and driving our talent acquisition strategy. You'll handle everything from job postings to closing candidates, ensuring a seamless experience. You will also contribute to improving our talent acquisition strategies and staying current on industry trends. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced, growing company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to source and recruit candidates for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior positions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience using Greenhouse and modernloop (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring practices
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies tailored to each role
- Source and engage passive candidates through creative methods such as social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in creating and improving talent acquisition strategies to enhance the quality of hires and the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical recruiting, ideally in the Real Time Analytics space
- Experience with employer branding and building talent pipelines
