Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to source and recruit candidates for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior positions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience using Greenhouse and modernloop (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring practices
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies tailored to each role
  • Source and engage passive candidates through creative methods such as social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist in creating and improving talent acquisition strategies to enhance the quality of hires and the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical recruiting, ideally in the Real Time Analytics space
  • Experience with employer branding and building talent pipelines
