Remote Senior Solutions Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a DevSecOps / AppSec / ShiftLeft setting
• Ability to communicate technical information in highly technical and non-technical ways depending on the audience, which includes various personas, such as engineers to executives
• Continuous learner who has a strong intellectual drive for excellence and the desire to develop solutions to complex problems
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
• Strong working experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional engineering teams and business partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and help sales team perform technical portion of sales demos to prospects
• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of boostsecurity, helping customers secure their software factories
• Customer support: Meet with customers on a regular basis, address any shortcomings, help them with automation and reporting (sometimes via scripting), advise on program best practices, among other things
• Help produce content (the text, ideas) of various forms content (whitepapers, datasheets, blogs, conference talks, etc) – to help promote the product and the company
