Job Description

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • Work closely with the development team to refine and clarify requirements, acting as a bridge to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
  • Assist in the execution of product validation and testing, ensuring requirements are met.
  • Play an active role in managing customer support tickets, categorizing and prioritizing them, and facilitating the resolution process by liaising between end-users and technical teams.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, meeting project deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Works well in team environments and builds strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Qualifications
