Senior Underwriter

Summary

Join us at Eye Security, a rapidly growing startup, as an Underwriter for the DACH region. You will be responsible for insurance-related contact with broker agents and insurance processes in Germany, developing your cyber insurance skills, and improving our organization and business.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in cyber insurance or a related field
• You have knowledge of the German insurance market
• You like customer contact and you are confident and efficient in handling ad hoc work
• Exceptional organizational and process monitoring skills, demonstrated through previous project-based work experience
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Fluency in German and English is a must

Responsibilities

• Our first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding Cyber Insurance in Germany
• Consult insurance proposals with international insurers
• Issuing insurance proposals
• Handle all incoming questions
• Identifying areas for improvement regarding underwriting
• International insurance product development
• Get work done and improve Eye Underwriting at the same time
• Processing applications, policies and mutations
