Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive working experience with a combination of FP&A and strategic finance leadership
  • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a healthcare focused company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance related field, Master’s Degree strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term financial strategies, multi-year capital plans, and enterprise initiatives in partnership with executive leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Lead, coach, and direct the FP&A function, including budgeting and forecasting at the business line and corporate levels, as well as oversee reporting / presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Develop and maintain robust, digestible financial models and analysis to influence short- and long-term strategic decision-making for key stakeholders across the organization
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture focused on supporting the long-term growth of the company
  • Develop and communicate the FP&A team’s strategic direction, including areas of innovation to better support the business
  • Advance the team’s strategy around leveraging technology to streamline forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Author and communicate myriad financial information and analyses to internal stakeholders at all levels and tailoring materials for the audience
