Join Once Upon a Farm as their Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading the corporate FP&A function and building a high-performing team. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience, is required
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including being comfortable aggregating large amounts of data
- Experience with CPG and/or Direct-to-Consumer business models. At a minimum, you will have had experience in inventory-related businesses
- Experience implementing and using FP&A software offerings such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Planful
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
- Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter

Responsibilities
- Build and lead the FP&A function from the ground up, establishing a robust framework for financial planning and analysis
- Manage a team of analysts to ensure high-quality financial forecasting and ensure that you and your team have a deep understanding of business dynamics to deliver timely insights
- Develop and maintain company financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning
- Accurately forecast the financial impacts of key initiatives such as product launches, supply chain initiatives, and other strategic initiatives
- Communicate financial performance and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Ensure the organization has a clear understanding of key risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support critical business initiatives
- Develop deep relationships with commercial, supply chain, marketing, and other functions to partner with them to help drive their respective business functions
- Implement new systems and tools to enhance data accuracy, streamline reporting, and improve overall quality and speed of financial analysis
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative
