Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a visual design role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Exceptional understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and image composition principles
• Proven ability to transform complex information into visually appealing and easily digestible formats
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and work constructively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality marketing materials, including social media assets, presentations, and other visual content
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all marketing channels, ensuring brand coherence and a strong visual identity
• Create engaging and informative infographics and diagrams that effectively communicate complex data and concepts
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interface elements, including icons, buttons, and other interactive components
• Produce elegant animations that enhance the user experience and bring visual elements to life
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content writers, to ensure design solutions align with overall project goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies to continuously elevate the quality of visual output
