Remote Senior Visual Designer

Summary

We are seeking a talented designer with at least 4 years of agency experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, familiarity with industry tools, and knowledge of emerging AI tools. They will be expected to work on multiple design tasks, collaborate with marketing teams, and contribute to the creative process. Requirements

• 4+ years of agency experience or the like
• Broad portfolio of work, covering social/communications and especially digital ad design with motion
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Intimate knowledge of industry tools
• Familiarity with and interest in emerging AI tools
• Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
• Great communication skills
• Takes criticism very well
• Deep understanding of current trends

Responsibilities

• Execute client or teammates’ ideas flawlessly
• Participate in the initial creative process and drive high-level design strategy
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Balance multiple design tasks at a time
• Collaborate with marketing to iterate on the design and implementation of campaign build outs
• Research new solutions and offerings
