Requirements

  • Have 4-5 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer, with strong knowledge of SharePoint online and on-premise versions
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Be proficient in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell
  • Possess strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site hierarchy, security model, and best practices
  • Have experience with Office 365 Tools: Exchange, Groups, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, SharePoint workflows and approvals, To Do
  • Be familiar with Office 365 services and integration capabilities
  • Have the ability to work independently with little direction
  • Be creative in designing configuring and developing custom SharePoint solutions
  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Have SharePoint portfolio for review

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop custom SharePoint solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop custom web parts, forms, and solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies
  • Build and deploy SharePoint applications, web parts, and workflows using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and other tools
  • Develop and maintain custom SharePoint themes, master pages, and templates
  • Integrate SharePoint with third-party systems and services (e.g., CRM, ERP systems, etc.)
  • Configure, manage and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, site collections, and workflows to support business requirements
  • Perform SharePoint migrations from legacy systems or other platforms to SharePoint Online or on-premise versions
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ensure security best practices are followed when configuring SharePoint sites and handling sensitive data
  • Stay current with SharePoint and Office 365 updates, features, and best practices
  • Perform other duties as needed by the role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred to have a Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or related technologies
  • Preferred to have experience with SharePoint migration projects
  • Knowledge of SharePoint governance, compliance, and information management is preferred

  • be willing to install and use a time entry app while working with us becauseย  this will be for auto time tracking as a basis for our compensation
  • be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
  • be willing to work during US Pacific time zone (8am - 5pm PDT, 11PM - 8AM Manila time) or during client hours as required
  • be willing to undergo a 90-days probationary period upon initial hire
  • be open to a project-based, contract opportunity
