• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Experience with social media management tools
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts
• Graphic design and video editing skills
• Experience in a legal or virtual staffing environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive and innovative
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats
• Develop a content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality content
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community on social media platforms to build relationships and foster community growth
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
• Ensure all social media content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and messaging
• Uphold brand integrity across all social media platforms
