Software Engineer, AI Decisioning

Summary

Join Hightouch's AI Decisioning team as an early member and play a crucial role in shaping and scaling our machine learning platform. You will collaborate closely with the CTO and product teams to design and build scalable backend systems and ML infrastructure for real-time data processing and analysis. Develop AI-driven features for hyper-personalization and decision automation for growth teams, and work with machine learning engineers to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our platform. This fully remote, location-independent role offers a competitive salary ($180,000 - $260,000 USD per year), meaningful equity compensation (ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window). The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend systems and distributed computing, with a passion for building a product from the ground up. Experience with building ML platforms is helpful but not required.
