Remote Solutions Architect

Join the 1Password Solutions Architect team as a trusted resource for guiding customers through the implementation of our most advanced solutions. As a Solutions Architect, you will engage directly with our customers to plan and implement 1Password products and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally within a SaaS/Security/Technology environment
• Effective and timely communication skills over email, phone, and video
• Ability to explain complex technical problems in a simple and easy-to-understand way
• Experience with various SaaS products and cloud-based infrastructure: Linux, DNS, Docker, Kubernetes, TLS, and command-line interfaces, among others

• Engage directly with our customers to plan and implement 1Password products and technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with your team to develop and refine solutions to customer challenges
