Requirements

  • Consolidated product management experience with great tech products
  • Experience with Identity/ IAM products, both from the platform and UX perspectives
  • Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, as well as the ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve product
  • Strong priority management skills, being able to make pragmatic decisions
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive product
  • Ability to nurture strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, building credibility and being able to effectively align and communicate your product vision
  • Strong communication skills, being able to actively listen and influence decisions
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen
  • Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions
  • Experience in agile development environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead all authentication, authorization and accounts management features to improve the overall user experience of all product journeys that are integrated to your services
  • Coordinate and drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with legal and other stakeholders within Gympass to propose new product solutions, either with regards to Identity, Accounts
  • Partner with other product teams to align on dependencies
  • Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
  • Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps
  • Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams to delivery well rounded, scalable and stunning products
  • Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress
  • Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and processes
  • Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers
