Remote Staff Product Manager

Summary

Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Staff Product Manager for our Identity & Accounts team in Brazil! You will lead the evolution of our Identity product, improving user experience and security. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and partnering with other product teams. You'll also evolve and create user account management features, balancing customization and standardization. This role requires extensive product management experience, specifically with Identity/IAM products, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in agile environments. Requirements

• Consolidated product management experience with great tech products
• Experience with Identity/ IAM products, both from the platform and UX perspectives
• Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, as well as the ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve product
• Strong priority management skills, being able to make pragmatic decisions
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive product
• Ability to nurture strong relationships with peers and stakeholders, building credibility and being able to effectively align and communicate your product vision
• Strong communication skills, being able to actively listen and influence decisions
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen
• Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions
• Experience in agile development environments

Responsibilities

• Lead all authentication, authorization and accounts management features to improve the overall user experience of all product journeys that are integrated to your services
• Coordinate and drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with legal and other stakeholders within Gympass to propose new product solutions, either with regards to Identity, Accounts
• Partner with other product teams to align on dependencies
• Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
• Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps
• Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams to delivery well rounded, scalable and stunning products
• Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress
• Explore new ways of improving existing services, products and processes
• Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers
