Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, and managing complex technology projects with cross-functional or cross-team scope
- 8+ years of total experience in a product, engineering, or other technical position
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Jira experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple cross-functional programs, in collaboration with product, engineering, design, that deliver technical solutions
- Responsible for project planning across teams including kickoffs, project tracking and establishing best practices
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to ensure requirements are ready and manage project scoping and estimation
- Identify cross team requirements, timelines and risks and enable product and engineering teams to align and minimize bottlenecks
- Manage priorities and WIP limits to ensure teams and individuals are not over committed
- Manage capacity planning and resource allocation
- Partner with engineering leads and system architect to ensure alignment and coordination on solutions, dependencies, and tech designs
- Lead org wide technical estimation process to inform timeline and feature tradeoff discussions
- Lead engineering org efforts on velocity measurement and process improvement
- Ensure alignment of projects with overall company goals and objectives
- Ensure GTM timelines are communicated clearly and align with workback plans for feature delivery
- Identify and track risks across the organization and manage mitigation efforts
- Manage release timelines and communication across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Monday.com experience
- Experience with 4DX, OKRs or similar frameworks
