Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale, complex programs
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering technical programs on time and within budget
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple complex technical programs from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, marketing, legal, compliance, security, risk and operations to define program scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities
  • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues and roadblocks
  • Communicate program status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates and reports
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and practices, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams
  • Mentor and support junior program managers, sharing knowledge and best practices for effective program management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is highly desirable
