As a Strategic Clinical Advisor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class workforce clinical programs and initiatives for some of the world's most forward-thinking employers.

Requirements

  • Active Independent license (ex. LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC etc)
  • Experience (5+ years) with employee benefit programs/health plans/benefits consulting
  • Subject matter expertise in Mental Health and EAP programs
  • Subject matter expertise in MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirements
  • Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization
  • Ability to create and deliver 'client ready' content with minimal direction
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a personal book of business of 8-10 customers up to $70M in revenue
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams and leadership to find creative solutions for customers and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Represent Spring in customer-facing events such as seminars, conferences, trainings, webinars, and media appearances
