Remote Strategic Delegation Lead

Join us as the Strategic Delegation Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives to increase delegation across primary stakeholders using an experimental approach.

Requirements

• Previous experience in strategy, project and/or product management
• Successful track record of shipping products, features, or community programs to a public audience
• Analytical, data-driven, and experimental approach to problem solving
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Ability to work cross functionally and in public
• Understanding of crypto native problem space and solutions (airdrops, smart contracts, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic strategy to increase delegation and ensure delegation remains balanced among key stakeholders
• Design and ship experiments to assess different methods of distributing voting power and the efficacy of different initiatives to drive delegation
• Direct cross functional initiatives to ensure all work is aligned with overall voting power goals
• Define measures or metrics to evaluate the distribution of voting power and the efficacy of delegation, and assess the impact different experiments have on these measures
