Requirements

• 4+ years experience in full-time in customer success, implementation, account management, sales, or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 1+ years experience leading or mentoring others

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of payroll onboarding specialists, providing guidance and support
• Oversee the onboarding process for new Pros' payroll services, ensuring adherence to company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to optimize the onboarding experience
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client inquiries or issues related to payroll onboarding
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance their knowledge and skills in payroll onboarding
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on team efficiency and Pro satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, payroll regulations, and best practices for payroll services
• Act as a subject matter expert, assisting the team in resolving complex onboarding challenges
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and data security standards during the onboarding process
