Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams (engineering, product) while maintaining ownership of client communication and expectations
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives
- Act as the trusted advisor, offering technical insights and best practices for maximizing the value of Marketing Attribution solutions
- Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and success metrics to ensure they achieve their goals
- Analyze client data and usage to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and additional services
- Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and potential platform enhancements
- Conduct training sessions (in-person or virtual) for client teams to ensure they fully understand and utilize the Marketing Attribution platform
- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support client education
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Assist in scoping and implementing custom client requests in coordination with internal development teams
