Requirements

  • Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with various technology products, platforms, and software
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and their technical challenges
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients by phone and email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers and provide effective solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions accurately in our support system
  • Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and technical assistance
  • Identify common customer challenges and provide feedback to improve product usability and functionality

Benefits

  • $1200 a month (Structure: Payroll is done weekly, $300 per week and will be paid through Wise)
