You will also mentor junior Services team members, provide hands-on delivery guidance, and evangelize, train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions
• MuleSoft Developer Level 1 (Mule 4) certification

Responsibilities

• Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers
• Lead a team of developers to provide the best-in-class MuleSoft implementation solutions
• Develop subject matter expertise on project deliverables and contribute to internal knowledge exchange
• Be a mentor and provide guidance to junior Services team members and help to build out our services organization
• Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle
• Evangelize, train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills

Preferred Qualifications

MuleSoft Certified Architect certification
