Requirements
- Possess OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer Certification
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the crane industry, preferably in a supervisory role related to safety
- Provide documented experience in lift directing, rigging, or crane operation relevant to the NYC DOB crane and rigging courses listed above. Examples include: NCCCO Lift Director NCCCO Rigger Level II NYC DOB Licensed Crane Operator NYC DOB Licensed Master Rigger NYC DOB Lift Director
- Demonstrate knowledge of applicable OSHA and New York City Building Code standards
- Exhibit strong analytical and technical skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with remote team members to ensure project compliance and adherence to deadlines
- Possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including strong document production and technical writing abilities
