Requirements

• US Citizenship is required for this specific opportunity
• Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Clearance
• Graduate/Advanced degree must be in curriculum development, education, organizational development, English, business, or a related degree
• Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. Including at least eight (8) years as an expert in curriculum development, education, organizational development, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers creative and engaging training for an adult audience
• Expert-level knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs, including multimedia and web design technologies, video conferencing/webinar technologies, etc
• Develops creative and engaging training materials for an adult audience in various formats and media
