Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting. Preferably with a focus on supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and/or construction
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
- Experience with ATS and HR software, and proficiency in using social media for recruiting. Experienced working with Talentlyft, BreezyHR, and others is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of Emotional Intelligence, excellent interpersonal, problem-solver, and Strategic drive
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and able to work across different time zones
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for technical roles in the supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and construction
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscapes to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and negotiating job offers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software to manage candidate data and streamline the recruiting process
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and job requirements in the supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and construction is highly preferred
- Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment methods, including social media and job boards
- Experience in conducting effective candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Participation in job fairs and recruiting events
- Strong organizational skills to manage candidate data and pipeline effectively
