Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management/owner or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong understanding of product management best practices and principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Creating and prioritizing the user story level product backlog, and continuously refining it based on stakeholder feedback and market changes
  • Articulate customer desired outcomes, typically as user stories, to clearly communicate the features and functionalities needed and define what must be true to create value for the customer
  • Ensure complete transparency for customers by creating metrics driven dashboards, roadmaps and other communications that articulate team performance and set reasonable expectations for delivery
  • Align scope to meet required deadlines and align deadlines to meet required scope where appropriate through negotiation and collaboration with customers
  • Business Alignment: Spend time with your customers to understand what is most important to them to be able to act as a proxy for customer interests
  • Always available for delivery team to answer any questions they may have to facilitate a smooth development process
  • Defining and articulating the product vision to the team and strategy in alignment with company goals and customer needs
