Summary
Join Fenergo as a Graduate Product Owner and become an integral part of the SaaS product team. You will influence product direction, work with the latest technologies and cloud-based architecture, and contribute to a team transforming software design and development for rapid value delivery. Responsibilities include supporting backlog management, conducting market and user research, participating in agile product delivery, and tracking and communicating progress. A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is required. The role offers opportunities for professional development and growth within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
- Support Backlog Management
- Assist Product Owners in maintaining and prioritising the product backlog by writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Conduct Market and User Research
- Help gather customer feedback, analyse competitor features, and identify market trends to inform product decisions and shape future enhancements
- Product Delivery
- Participate in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration across product, design & engineering
- Track and Communicate Progress
- Monitor development progress, assist in testing new features, and support internal and external stakeholders with updates, demos, and product documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of working with tools to manage backlog work items and interact with product development teams towards a shared outcome
- Experience in designing business processes and features, utilising design thinking methodologies
- Understand the value of design thinking methodologies and champion them
- Experience working in the financial services industry as a product manager, management consultant, product owner or similar
