  • Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace

At this point, Zelh is looking for a Track & Trace Operator for our third-party logistics company which specializes in Reliable Domestic and International Shipping Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with drivers and customers
  • Notifying appropriate parties of any issues
  • Inputting updates into the system
  • Answering incoming calls from clients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace
  • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

Working conditions:

- Work schedule: (EST time): Mon - Fri 6 am - 6 pm
