Responsibilities

  • Lead web analytics projects and deliver insights to key stakeholders
  • Analyze and present web performance data (tests, campaigns, root cause analysis) to leadership weekly, focusing on traffic and eCommerce conversions
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments, owning the results and reporting outcomes
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand customer behavior, trends, and data discrepancies using the Adobe Experience Cloud Suite
  • Build and manage data pipelines and reporting solutions based on Adobe Analytics clickstream data
  • Create and maintain data sets for investigative analyses and scalable reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in web analytics, especially in eCommerce contexts
  • Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics Workspace, Adobe Target, and clickstream data
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling is a plus
  • Experience with Python, R, and SQL

Job Summary:

The Web Analyst will lead web analytics projects and provide key insights on eCommerce performance to stakeholders. The role involves analyzing web data, designing A/B experiments, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data pipelines, with a focus on Adobe Analytics. This position supports the eCommerce scorecard and Cart testing, helping the organization understand customer behavior, performance trends, and data discrepancies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead web analytics projects and deliver insights to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze and present web performance data (tests, campaigns, root cause analysis) to leadership weekly, focusing on traffic and eCommerce conversions.
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments, owning the results and reporting outcomes.
