If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Web Content Coordinator (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s global web presence. You’ll be responsible for managing content updates, building website pages, and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) improvements to ensure our digital front door is always current, easy to navigate, and aligned with marketing campaigns. Your work will support major product launches and drive our online visibility. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, technically skilled individual with a passion for web development, SEO, or digital content. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and value being part of a collaborative, global team. Quality assurance and a commitment to excellence are at the core of your work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building, publishing, and updating web pages across different domains and languages using content and design assets from the creative team.
• Making SEO updates across the site, like fixing broken links and updating metadata, with tips from the SEO team.
• Teaming up with the XD and Web Dev teams to add new features, animations, and improve the user experience.
• Keeping the site fresh by managing redirects, archiving old pages, combining content, and publishing updated material.
• Making sure images and design elements are formatted properly to keep load times fast across all devices.
• Spotting chances for automation and efficiency improvements, and working with the Content, XD, and Web Dev teams to streamline processes.

What you need to bring:

We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Previous relevant experience
• Proficiency in WordPress or similar content management systems
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong self-editing skills
• An eye for design, ensuring text, layouts, and images are consistently pixel-perfect
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Comfort working under tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks at once
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks on time
• Advanced proficiency in English

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila’s heavy traffic!
