Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our co-working provider, suppliers, and Qontoers
  • Oversee daily floor checks, report and track dysfunctions, and supervise service providers to maintain a high standard of workplace operations
  • Participate in creative brainstorming for future events, visit venues, and assist in pre- and post-production tasks to ensure successful event execution
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including mail sorting, office supplies inventory, and onboarding sessions
  • Support the events team in organising and executing internal events
  • Support strategic projects aimed at improving processes, enhancing workplace inclusivity, and promoting environmental sustainability
  • Source and evaluate new providers to enhance our office services

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Workplace & Internal Events Intern at Qonto, you will

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our co-working provider, suppliers, and Qontoers.
