Requirements

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with intranet platforms
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for our communications functions
  • Work closely with different departments and teams to gather information and coordinate content creation
  • Proactively balance and prioritize content to optimize engagement and alignment with our company story
  • Ensure timely scheduling and publication of content across digital platforms, with a primary focus on internal communications (intranet, newsletters, etc.)
  • Maintain and update the organization's intranet homepage with relevant and engaging content, partnering with stakeholders from the business and aligned to our content calendar
  • Collaborate with intranet site managers to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all intranet sites
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication of important updates and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective communication across various channels and maintaining a regular drumbeat of communications across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance and coordinate content across multiple platforms.

What you will do:

The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:

•Based in California: $81,600 - $96,000

•Based in Colorado: $73,100 - 86,000

•Based in New Jersey: $81,600 - $96,000

•Based in New York: $81,600 - $96,000

•Based in Washington: $76,925-90,500

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
