Summary

Join LastPass as a Renewals Representative and play a crucial role in managing and advancing renewal opportunities. You will manage the entire renewal cycle for existing customers, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with various teams. You will own the renewals process, engage with key decision-makers, forecast renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and develop strategies for maximizing revenue retention. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or multiple years' experience in a similar role
  • Fantastic communication skills, written and spoken including fluency in English
  • Proven track record of consistently building customer relationships and successfully owning, driving, and leading the renewals process
  • Excellent relationship building and renewal engagement skills, self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow as we grow

Responsibilities

  • Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments; negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align to customer goals
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory
  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Develop the playbook for renewal engagement maximizing revenue retention
